Is it really difficult to complete M.Tech in CS from an IIT??

No it's not. See getting admissions into Mtech in CS in IITs is tougher than passing it. As you'll have to get very good rank in gate exam for admissions into iits so if you have cleared the GATE exam then Passing Mtech is not a big deal as compared to that.
