There is no requirement for maths in class 12 for pursuing MS in biology.
However, you will have to give the GRE general test which has a Quantitative section for maths till the class 10 level.
In order to get into a good college, you will have to score at least 160+ out of 170 on a 120-170 scale in the Quantitative section.
