Hi Manish!!!! Firstly, qualifying  jee mains is a prerequisite for getting eligible for jee Advanced. If you didn't qualify mains there is no way you could qualify jee Advanced. Secondly, admissions in IIT are done solely on the basis on a student's rank in JEE Advanced. There is as such no management quota in IIT or any other government colleges in India as a matter of fact. So there is no other way besides jee to get into IIT. Hope this answer solves your query.
