is it right option to go for IT Engineering than Computer Science and engineering ?

IT branch is also good it is as comparable to CS branch

There's no major difference in the branches mentioned above. At the end of the course you have to be a great programmer to get placed in a good company, which you have to learn by yourself. The couse structure of both the branches does not vary much to inflict some major difference in your learning experience.

In it you would be taught a little more about hacking and stuff if u are interested in such join it else cse

Both streams are approximately same in course as well as in placements. But if you mind name tag of branch then go for CSE otherwise IT  is good enough to get you good placement.......
