Is it sure to opt ECE is it easier to study then CSc or IT??

It's all depends on your interest. If you are interested in hardware oriented stuffs you should go for ECE. Whereas CSE will teach you more of programming stuffs, computer architecture, networking and core programming like data structures.
If we talk about the difficulty level then CSE is the most easiest branch.
