No, the information you have is wrong. The NEET score is valid only for that very year admissions.

For admission to any private or government medical college you need to give NEET that very year.

The NEET score is valid for 3 years if and only if you want to get admission in abroad. But if you wish to take admission in India be it Government or Private, the score is only valid for the year of appearing. So if you take admission in foreign medical schools then only the score is valid for 3 years.
