Is it too strict for hostelates??

Dear aspirant !
Hope you are doing well ! We are tired of these things ,please provide proper query ! For which college /university you are asking about , depend on your college/university , for every hostel ,rules are different somewhere it is very strict while somewhere very light , so mention yours so that proper information can be provided !
Hope you will do the same as soon as possible!
