As CMA is professional course whereas bcom is regular course then you can do this simultaneously as it help you in saving your time.

But if you are doing it simultaneously then you are required a  little bit more hardwork with smart work.

Yes you can complete this within 3 years.

You have two paths for doing this course:

1. Either go with CMA in graduation (Here you have to clear foundation exam)

2. Either go with it after graduation

(Here you get direct entry in intermediate level)

As passing percent is only 45% but it doesn't mean that it is impossible.You have to put some extra effort and in end you will surely get good result.
