is it true svmc eligibile marks reduces to 60% so that more student can apply for it?

As per the official website of SVMCM scholarship there are no such information available online. Still now its mentioned that a student is eligible to apply for UG/HS one need to have at least 75% marks in the last qualifying exam. For PG courses one need to have 53% marks in order to be eligible.
