It is difficult to predict the syllabus and questions ration. In Physics, Modern Physics gets the maximum weightage of 20 marks. Heat and Thermodynamics, Optics, Current Electricity and Electrostatics carry 12 marks each. In Chemistry, Transition Elements and Coordination Chemistry and Periodic Table and Representative Elements carry the highest weightage with 12 marks each and the rest of the topics carry 8 and 4 marks respectively. In Mathematics, Coordinate Geometry carries 20 marks and Limits, Continuity and Differentiablity topics carry 12 marks each.
