Yes it is true Karnataka government is planning to open the physical classes from 1st October,2020. The new academic will begin from 1st September, 2020 with online classes. Deputy Chief Minister and Higher Education Minister C.N. Ashwath Narayan said that the government is still waiting for the Central guidelines regarding the reopening of offline classes. I will request  you to kindly wait for the official  notice which will be issued by the Ministry of Education soon.
