is it true that If I do not have average of 80% in class 10 and 12th I can't apply and get admission in IIMA even with good percentage in cat.

Admission in IIM is depend on your cat score . So you have to score good marks in cat. As per the eligibility criteria for cat you must have minimum 50% aggregate marks in your graduation. There is no such condition on your 10th and 12th standard marks .
