No dear , there is no such policy . If you are going to take admission in B.tech after 12th , then you will not get scholarship on the basis of 10th class . However, the university offer scholarship to those students who got 80% or more in 12th class.

Yes, definitely, you can get scholarships on the basis of class 10 marks. The scholarship once given at the time of admission continues till the completion of the course. You wont have to apply again and again. If you are eligible for any other scholarship, the highest of the two will be awarded to you.
