Hy Rudrakshi!!

By studying law in India, all you will get to know is the constitution of India, i.e. Indian law.

So practicing abroad is a bit difficult to do because not all firms allow that.

If you want to practice abroad , then you must have dual qualifications. This is high in demand as there are so many foreign firms which are looking for people having dual qualification so that they can work in India as well as abroad.

India doesn't allow foreign firms to open their offices in India or advising in Indian law.

Hope it helps!!

Dear Rudra, it is true that you can study in India and praxmctise Law abroad. Having said that International Laws and Human rights will be easily relatable. While in ither fields every country has its own legal system. For example once you have completed your Law in India abd want to work in US say Texas. You should clear the State of Texas Bar examination and then become a member of Texas State Bar Association. And if you want to work in North Carolina, then you have to clear the North Carolina State Bar Examination. This is with US. So every country has its own rules for International students to practise Law in their country.

Not accepting is a big word. What you learn in India is Indian Laws and about Indian Legal System. India has a different type of Government and is different from other coubtries. So what seems like law here, doesnt seem like a law in other countries. To be compatible with other countries legal system, for you to practise, you need to clear the State Bar examinations. And it is an unsaid rule that if you have to pass the exsm, you have to study their Law. That happens not just with India and US but everywhere.
