Hello aspirant,
Its a fake that is prevailing in India. Its a very wrong information that is reaching to you. If you are persuing engineering even from a average Colleges then also you can get a decent job in your life. Yes, you have to do hard work at the starting of your job at low pay scale but after you get experience of 2-3 years you can get job in big companies. So don't believe in this fake news. There is a lot of scope for a good engineer in India.
