SeatNumber and roll number both are the same in meaning and action. You have put your seat number for HSC in gujcet form fill up in the place of roll number then there is no problem to be arisen for your appearing in examination or when the result will published. . So don't worry e and  being well prepared appear in the GUJCET, the entrance test which is taken by Gujarat state Education Board for taking admission in UG diploma and B tech courses and admission in the pharmacy courses also  for your admission in the course of your interest.
