Is it wise to take EEE in manipal or CS in SIT tumkur,Bangalore

My suggestion is based on your passion because if you're really passionate about EEE/CSE then first opt that. If you're in dilemma that which course you want to take then go through some basic subjects under that branch and if they met your expectations opt that.
As you have asked about Campus too. Manipal university is the best when compared to remaining one, after comparing the ranking, placements, no of PhDs, campus,sports etc.., ik saying that Manipal is the best option to opt.
