Is it worth doing Btech from a not so good institution and then mtech or doing bca then mca from a good college agood option ??

Their exists a great difference between BCA and Btech as Btech is a study of 4 years and it consists not only your core subject that is computer but prepares you for whole of the engineering because after all you are going to be an engineer. If you have very good grasp and you are very much interested in computers only and if you are not able to get B.Tech from any good college then I would advise you to go for BCA because ultimately your main motto is to get job and that you can get by any means you just have to be a bit active while studying.
If I say then a good college is a myth but environment of a college matters a lot so I would suggest you to go for a good college whose environment is more of studious.
