Sastra university is one of the renowned university in india, which excels in academic, co curricular activities, placements records etc. however there is both core engineering farms and IT technology company, generally a majority of the candidates from various irrespective of any stream are recruited by IT gians like tcs, cognizant, capgemini etc. however the core civil engineering farms like L & T, unicor, adani group also visits the campus, however you must have good academic score and really have good knowledge on civil engineering to shortlisted and qualify the recruitment test.
however sastra university is best to study bachelor of technology course.
