Yes, Jagannath University is good for distance MBA. One of my friends is doing MBA there in marketing. She is very satisfied with the curriculum.
She finds the staff their helpful. She visits the university for the exams and even likes the campus as well.

No, Jagannath University is in Rajasthan. While JIMS is in Delhi. JIMS is affiliated to AIMA (IP University).
