Both the colleges are equally good.
Amity University will provide good exposure apart from academics.The placement is also decent.And is one of the most active departments in Amity University.
And Jai Narayan PG college is no less,it is the best government college in Lucknow. It has good placements and rankings.
So it's up to you to choose.
