Jalpaiguri engineering college is a government college whereas Techno India is a private college. The fees of B.Tech Computer Science Engineering is lower in Jalpaiguri College as it is a government college. The rating of Jalpaiguri College is better than Techno India college. But the number of seats in Jalpaiguri College is less , only 60 whereas in Techno India it is 120. Both the colleges are affiliated to Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, Kolkata.

In my opinion, you should go for Jalpaiguri College as it is good in all perspective.

As per student reviewes Techno college is better than Jalpaiguri . In Techno placements are good as compared to Jalpaiguri . But Jalpaiguri is government College and techno is private . Now it's depends on you to choose the college .

Techno main salt lake has better infrastructure, faculty, lab , opportunities than jalpaiguri engineering colleage . But  don't join this colleage . This year i left this colleage  because of  bad teaching facilities and college is going to be worst day by day . So choose better private colleages like iem , heritage, uem  etc
