Hello
I think you could be clear about the sense in which you need a rating, but to answer your question, I would like to tell that a person who graduates from the JNTUs’ in India has a great “market value” in India. People expect you to be more intelligent, just because you’ve graduated from there. When in reality, you might just get into it because of your good ranks in the entrance examinations.
Being a student of JNTU myself, I would like to inform to you and to anyone who would ever read this answer that it is not the institute that shapes you but the knowledge you gain from it. I have seen people from the same institute become very successful in life, and I have also seen people that aren’t really in a very great position just because they are graduates from the university.
Coming to the cultural activities, there would be no pressure in participating but those are the memories you make once in a lifetime; and not to forget the immense self-confidence you gain as the outcome for your participation. You would get to meet a lot of people and you would definitely, improve your communication skills!
