Jee mains is the entrance exam conducted for getting good colleges for engineering and yes, jee mains means joint entrance exam is required to pursue bsc biotechnology course in the iit's and required eligibility is 10+2 and maximum fee for this is 1.63 lac and highest is 4.08 lac and it is of 4 year course and to get in iit you should score more than 60 percent of the marks in jee mains and 50 percent marks in advanced so that you have chance to get in bsc biotechnology course study well and all the best for your future and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to u.

Bsc degree is not found in IIT and PCB group not eligible for study in IIT but you can join IIT for msc biotechnology through IIT jam examination.
