Obviously, JEE Mains is tougher than MHT-CET. In MHT-CET only Maharashtrian candidates appear that make competition easy because you have to only compete with your home state candidates. The scenario of JEE Mains exam is different, Syllabus for JEE is based on NCERT syllabus whereas MHTCET syllabus is based on Maharashtra board syllabus.
