JEE Main score card is usually valid for oneyears after JEE Main results are declared. Candidate can make use of the score card up to one years for attaining admission in their choice of institution.
Every year after the JEE main exam there are counselings in which they only take the current year score, so the previous year scores are useless.
Attend counsellings on the same year of the exam.

Let me first of all inform you that JEE main is conducted every year and candidates qualifying in the the current year are only eligible to take admission on the basis of JEE main marks only in that current year.
No candidate is allowed to take admission through JEE main marks belonging to previous year.
So, to take admission in a college on the basis of JEE main marks you need to qualify JEE main in that year in which you are willing to start your college life.
