Yes jeece is cancelled from 2019 session admission of the colleges will be done on the basis of jee main score conducted by NTA.
cutoff is expected to be low because this year many of the students were not familiar with the recents changes. I know some students who did not have filled jee form and was waiting for jeece and the notice that jeece will not be conducted was released after jee form filling was over.

No, The examination has not been cancelled . Actually the examination is conducted later as compared to other entrance examinations like JEE MAINS , JEE ADVANCED , NEET-UG etc . You can visit the official link of the board :-
