I am sorry to say but Jeggings are not allowed to wear for NEET 2019.
The NEET conducting authorities are very strict about the dress code in NEET exam. And as per the guidelines of CBSE, the clothes should be loose and light coloured. You can wear loose clothes like Salwar.
