Yes, the admission for B.Sc Nursing in West Bengal is only done through JENPAS entrance exam. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board is responsible for the admission process of B.Sc Nursing course.
West Bengal B.Sc Nursing Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should have passed in class 12th examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology- Zoology/ Botany and English as their main subject with minimum of 45% marks for the General category And for the candidates belonging to the reserved category need to secure at least 40% marks.
- The candidates should be a minimum of at least 17 years of age at the time of admission
- The maximum age limit has not been yet decided by the authorities.
- There is no standard cut-off score or any extracurricular accomplishment needed to apply
- Candidates who are appearing for the final exam for the current year may also apply for the B.Sc nursing degree
- Only Indian citizens can apply for the entrance examination
- A candidate seeking admission to the reserved seat must produce a Certificate of Inclusion at the time of admission
