    Yes it has been available for quite some time now. Just go to the JOSAA website and download the Business Rules. In this pdf on page 75 you will find Annexure 8 which is the medical certificate for JOSAA counselling. Take a printout of this page and get it signed and stamped by a registered medical practitioner.
