The eligibility criteria for applying to Judicial Service exams if any state in India states that you need to pursue 3 year LLB or 5 year integrated law course from a college which is approved/ recognised by the Bar council if India. So subject to completion of other eligibility criteria laid down, you will be eligible for Taking the Judiciary Services exam as long as you complete law from a college recognised by the BCI.
