Kalasalingam university has seen a steady rise in placement placning students in reputed companies. Biotechnology being a non core branch, many student might get this confusion whether it is worth to pursue such a course whose future demand we don't know. I would suggest you that demand of core branches is declining due to high grade of automation and all engineers are given equal preference. moreover IIMs too are looking for candidates having diversed degrees instead of core one.

Many high grade companies like Tech mahindra, Zifo technologies, visionary RCM, TNQ books and journals and many more come in the campus to carry out the placement and the students are also happy with the continuos ungauged efforts placed by the placement team of college. So I would suggest you to think of opting the course.
