Students can't get direct admission in government universities/ colleges without entrance exam. The candidates will have to either appear for ICAR AIEEA/ state-level exam. ... However, ICAR AIEEA score is valid for only 15% of seats in agriculture universities or participating institutes

You can get admission in private college if not appeared for kcet.
