Yes ! As per 2021 they accept jee main score. For cse branch jee main percentile required is 90 percentile and above .
Yes, KIIT accept JEE Main score. But only for 10% or 15% seats. So cutoff will be very high through Jee. So it's better to give KIITEE.

No, Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneshwar does not accept JEE Main score for admission to Engineering courses. They conducted their own entrance exam KIITEE for admission to Engineering courses and the admission is based on merit in entrance exam. The eligibility criteria is that a candidate mush have passed 10+2 in 2017, 2018 0r 2019 and must have scored minimum 60% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry taken together for dual degree courses a candidate must have scored minimum 60% marks in Mathematics/Biology, Physics and Chemistry taken together. Candidate must have born on or after July 1, 1998.

KIIT usually does not take admission with the rank of JEE MAIN ranks. They organizes their own entrance examination for admission in b.tech courses. And who make a good rank they get admission in CSE department.
But this year what will be happen, that is in a question, because of this pandemic.
There is facility for direct admission through management quota. In this path, the fees will be little higher than normal fees.
