Is KIT kolhapur college good or RIT Islampur? Plz do share your views.

I think RIT islampur cause I studied at kit Kolhapur .

Kit and RIT both colleges are started at 1983 but 38 years RIT dominated kit . But on package of 41 Lakhs boost up the average package of kit but you find and search previous 38 years data you will see RIT is slightly better than kit

KIT is one of the oldest colleges in Kolhapur and surrounding area. It was started in 1983, initially offering 4 streams- Electronics, Civil, Production and Environmental.

Earlier affiliated to Shivaji university, now the college is autonomous. No other college offers Environmental Engineering for Graduation.

The college now offers 9 streams. The beautiful campus is spread across 27 acres equipped with a modern library, computer labs, playground and hostels. Located outside Kolhapur city on NH4 provides easy ingress and egress.

The college has good placement record. A lot of students have pursued MS abroad, some hold strong position in the nearby industrial area. The college has MoU with various other universities and companies.
