If you are a study minded. You can use this college blindly. You will get options like finshing school. In this they will teach you programming language and placements if you are eligible. College life is awesome. May some rules are changed but better college. Also they are not money minded.
Well, to answer your question it not an autonomous college, it is a JNTUH affiliated college.
