Is laptop necessary for a CSE college student because I want to build a desktop pc because it is way more powerful and offer many features. is it possible to to set a desktop pc in College hostel?

Hello candidate,
I agree with your point that working on PC makes things much easier for working and provides other accessories than the Laptop.
You can create your own PC Cabinet in your hotel, but you need to take proper permission from your Hostel Warden and counsellor for setting up the system, and if they agree you are confirmly allowed.
