Hi, 

Aditi it is good to see that you are preparing for NEET. Hope you are doing well.

Aditi , leggings are not allowed in neet 2019.

I will give you the list of what females can wear:-

Light colour tshirt

shirt( it should not have big buttons)

tops (select the top with plain designs , avoid embroidery work )

All should be half sleeved.

bottoms:-

trousers

palazzo

salwar

*you cannot wear dupatta

Don’t wear rings and jewellery.

wear slippers and go.

Yes, it’s allowed in accoradnce to the dress code rules for NEET.
