Kurti is allowed but they may check you through women security personnels.
In you admit card you will get list of do's and do not's for aspirants. Follow them line by line otherwise at centre you may face unnecessary problem. Exam time be relax and focus on study and cocnepts.

Yes, you can wear a long kurti in NEET exam, a kurti will do as dress code in NEET exam. Make sure it should not have design work on it. A simple plain- light coloured kurti will be much better. Be simple as much as possible and go for the exam.
