In neet examination hall the things which you have to take with yourself are your admit card, one passport size photograph and a valid id proof like aadhar card, voter id card etc. Now during in this pandemic few more things are to be taken inside the exam hall which are your hand sanitizer and the mask and gloves should be on your face and hands respectively. As it is known that any unfair means are not allowed in the examination halls which includes mobile phones, any type of bands, chains , no electronic devices.

Now coming to your question, the answer is if you want to take your lunch box then of course it's not allowed to take into the examination hall and also you won't be allowed to keep it somewhere else in the examination hall.

There are no lockers and so you cant keep your belongings anywhere lest they are lost. And we understand that the exam is from 2.30pm which means you might have to start early and might feel hungry too. But what you can do is, instead of carrying a lunch box, try aluminum lunch wraps that you can eat from and dispose them right after. That way you needn't be worried.
