yes M CAT exam has multiple choice questions. There are four main sections mentioned in the MCAT exam pattern 2019. The seven and half hour exam evaluates the knowledge of medical aspirant’s in the areas of scientific concepts and the basic principles of medicine.

Yes, MCAT examination is multiple choice based. There is no free response or writing section. However, that doesn't make the exam any easy. Most pre-medical students would agree that it is a tough examination, and therefore, it needs strategic planning to prepare for it.
