Hello aspirant,

Completing the masters degree provides you more opportunities to get recruited easily in Government sector jobs.

When aspirants with B.Tech and M.Tech degree qualification apply for a job role in Government sector, M.Tech candidates are given more perference especially in research fields. As you want in ISRO, which is a very prestigious company in India, applying there after completing a M.Tech (regular) degree will give you a better designation as a scientist.

And discussing about M.Tech in distance or regular. If an aspirant wants to join a company then he must complete the course in regular format as companies prefer them over the distance course. But once you are into a company M.Tech in distance gives you promotion as well as experience.

Hope this helps,

All the Best!!
