No, Malla reddy college of agriculture Hyderabad is not approved by UGC but it is approved by AICTE (all India counsil for technical education).
Since bsc agriculture is a scientific, technical and business subject, it comes under AICTE accreditation. That's why it's not approved by UGC and AICTE instead.

I have asked that to the university and they are saying that bsc agriculture in that university is approved by UGC
