No,the pattern of entrance test for manipal is not same as previous year. As you know this year the total marks in this entrance exam is 800 but if we talk about the last few years the total marks was 200 for this exam.But there is nothing as the cutoffs because there are lot of factors which cause them to increase/decrease each year in Manipal.If you want to join the main campus,you should score 50% of the total marks to get any branch here.Manipal entrance is not hard enough.

Yes the pattern was same that 2.5 hours will be given to solve 200 question i.e 50 question each for physics and chemistry and 70 question maths and 30 questions of english and aptitude.

Earlier marking scheme was different i.e 1marks for correct answer and no negative marking for wrong answers.

But this year 4 marks for each correct and 1 marks will be deducted foe each wrong answers.

There isn't much of a difference between MUOET last year and this year.The exam pattern for 2019 with syllabus and dates are released for the same.
