Yes , there is maratha reservation in Maharashtra state. And the percentage is 70%. The rest 30% is for general category with state quota. Besides much reservation the cutoff for general category students is low as compared to other states specially north india like Haryana and Chandigarh. It is because maharashtra has very good amount of government colleges. According to 2018 data , the cutoff for general category was 488 , for Shri Vasant Rao Medical College, Yavatmal and Gondia medical college.
