Yes, the very basic way to clear NEET is mastering all the NCERT books. Many experts suggest you to not go to any kind of coaching and just study for NEET through the NCERT books only. For Physics also, you should definitely go on to master the book. It's a very good step.

NO, NCERT physics is not sufficient for NEET . Because you have to solve many mcqs. but the ncert lines are very important.
