Is math compulsory for IISER &IISC? what is the eligibility criteria? And are admission still open?

It is not the case. Even if you have a PCB background, you can be admitted to the IISERs. However, keep in mind that the IISER aptitude test includes math, which accounts for 25% of the total, so it is a good idea to do it in the exam because it will increase your overall score.
