No, there isn't any specific mention of having mathematics at 10+2 level. Candidates need to pass 10+2 from a recognized board with 45% marks, in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST they need 40% marks. Those appearing for their 10+2 are also eligible provided they would be able to submit proof of qualifying examination at the final admission process.
Admission is done via entrance test SLAT followed by Personal Interview and Written Ability Test, final selection is based on the equal weightage to both.

The eligibility criteria for undergraduate Law courses in Symbiosis: Candidate seeking admission to BA LLB, BBA LLB must have passed class 12th with atleast 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates). There is no mention of as to any specific subjects to be in 12th those candidates who have studied commerce/accounts/mathematics/sciences may apply for BB.A.LL.B. (Hons.) programme.
