Is mathematics necessary for bsc.agri and other courses .. If it is necessary then how to (manage time ) study both biology and mathematics. .?
Hello aspirant
No, Mathematics is not a compulsory subject for BSC in Agriculture. You can leave maths but make sure you are good in physics , chemistry and biology.
To get a seat in BSC Agriculture , you should be science student, with PCB or PCM. But you should score minimum 50% or 60% ( depending on Institute) .and also you will have to go for one of the entrance exam like ICAR or TS EAMCET or JCECE.
Mathematics is not a necessary subject for BSc Agriculture. You just need to study PCB / Agriculture for it. But, for other courses such as engineering, you need to study mathematics, if you are interested in it. Also, if you metion the preference of other subjects, we will be able to give you correct information.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
The candidate must have completed 12 in Science with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology with at least 60% marks in order to be eligible.
It means you don't need to have mathematics. Biology is enough for you.you can have mathematics as a optional subject but it's not mandatory
