Hello Aviral..Definitely "Yes". If you are applying for B.Sc Chemistry (Honors.) you have to study Mathematics in your first year and second year . ie.first semester and third semester. But your major subject will always be Chemistry, ( Physical, Organic, and Inorganic), apart from chemistry you have to study physics, mathematics, biology and environmental studies in minor subjects. You will study these subjects in different semesters.

Yes, studying Mathematics in class XII is compulsory to take admission in B.Sc. Chemistry honours. No college under Delhi University provides admission to students who haven't studied mathematics. Not only chemistry, mathematics is compulsory for other courses like B.Sc. Hons Physics, Electronics Instrumentation and B.Sc. Mathematical Science, Physical Science.
